Now you can simply purchase the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application along with your Salesforce.com subscription and have a total solution ready to go right from the start.

How do I purchase the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com?
The MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application is offered on a subscription bases (12 month minimum). To use the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application you must have a subscription to a Salesforce.com account. Basically, you need to subscribe to both the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application along with the Salesforce.com service. You can accomplish this in one of two ways:
- If you are NOT currently working with a Salesforce.com Account Executive than you can subscribe to both the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application along with an OEM version of Salesforce.com directly through MyLoanBiz since we are an authorized Salesforce.com OEM partner (see: pricing option one).
- If you are working with a Salesforce.com Account Executive than you should continue to work with them and purchase a Salesforce.com license through them and then purchase the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application through us (see: pricing option two). Please note: that you can not install the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application into a generic Salesforce.com trial or account. If you want to trial our application or subscribe to it the only way to do so is to get a pre-bundled version of MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com and Salesforce.com directly through MyLoanBiz. Do I need to install something from the Appexchange?
No, the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application does not work like a typical Appexchange application where you install the application onto an existing Salesforce.com account. Due to the extensive customizations that MyLoanBiz has made it can NOT be distributed this way via the current capabilities of the Appexchange. If you want to trial the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application or subscribe to it the only way to do so is to get a pre-bundled version of MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com and Salesforce.com directly through MyLoanBiz. I already have a Salesforce.com trial how do I get your application installed into my Salesforce trial account?
You can NOT do this at this time. You will have to start a new trial of Salesforce.com with the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com pre-installed in it. To start your free trial visit our

Do I have to subscribe to Salesforce.com separately?
If you are already working with a Salesforce.com Account Executive then we strongly encourage you to continue doing so and to subscribe to your Salesforce.com account directly through them and then subscribe to the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application separately through MyLoanBiz. However, if you are NOT currently working with a Salesforce.com Account Executive then you do not need to subscribe to Salesforce.com separately. You can subscribe to the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application along with a version of Salesforce.com called OEM Edition directly through MyLoanBiz. No other purchase is required from anyone else.
Will I get upgrades from MyLoanBiz?
Yes, MyLoanBiz is utilizing special "packaging" technology that Salesforce.com has made available so that we can deploy our application on top of the Salesforce.com Apex Platform in a fashion that allows for upgrades to be applied at a later date. MyLoanBiz is always developing new features and will release them through out the year. To receive these upgrades you must have a packaged version of MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com. If you are purchasing or have purchased MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com after June 2007 then you will have a packaged version and will be eligible for upgrades.
Can I further customize the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application?
Yes, you can customize the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application in the same fashion that you would be able to customize a standard version of Salesforce.com. You will be able to add new custom fields, make changes to Page Layouts, add new Email templates and more.
What if I already own Salesforce.com?
If you already own Salesforce.com and wish to use our application please call us at 773-661-4100 and ask for a sales representative to discuss your options for utilizing the MyLoanBiz for Salesforce.com application.
What is Salesforce.com OEM Edition?
Salesforce OEM Edition is a special version of Salesforce.com only available through authorized Salesforce.com resellers. Its functionality is a subset of Enterprise Edition and is limited to only the Home, Accounts, Contacts, Documents, Reports and Dashboards tabs; and a maximum of 5 custom tabs and 50 custom objects.
